May 9, 2014 (Shareholders Foundation) - An investigation on behalf of investors in Wyndham Worldwide Corporation (NYSE:WYN) shares was announced over potential breaches of fiduciary duties by certain officers and directors at Wyndham Worldwide Corporation.
