About Us

Welcome to the Shareholders Foundation.

Who we are…

We are investors who at one time or another, felt the sting of a bad investment, and were left wondering, “what do we do now?”   We realized then, how difficult it is to find answers through internet search engines and newspaper headlines. The SEC protocols, Class action rules, and settlement participation can be overwhelming.  The Shareholders Foundation was created to empower you with the answers you need to take the next step. At Shareholders Foundation, Inc. we are in contact with a large number of shareholders. We are able to use our size to negotiate with significantly greater efficacy than the single investor with investigators, attorneys, and defendants. At Shareholders Foundation, Inc. we believe that together we can combine the interests of many investors, and use the size of our interest as leverage against the giant corporations. We offer help, support, and assistance for every shareholder by matching shareholder problems with the right legal experts, and finding equitable solutions. Shareholders Foundation, Inc. is comprised of a network of legal experts who both contribute to our vision for the Shareholders Foundation, Inc. and also represent the shareholders in real cases. The Shareholders Foundation, Inc. is not a law firm. Any statements made in press releases, emails or over the phone by any member or personnel employed by Shareholders Foundation, Inc. or by third parties related to the Shareholders Foundation, Inc. is provided for research and guidance purposes only and are not legal advices, as we can not give you legal advice. The information is provided as a public service. It is not intended as legal advice and should not be relied upon. If you want legal advice we can recommend you a lawyer or you will have to consult your own attorney.

What we do…

There is power in numbers, and that the more shareholders we unite around a common cause, the more effective our petitions become. The primary motivation behind the Shareholders Foundation is to unite shareholders and protect their investments from corporate and financial fraud. The more members the Shareholders Foundation has, the more power it has to protect it’s members.

The Shareholders Foundation was created to help individual and institutional investors by providing a free portal, where all of the relevant information regarding the specific lawsuits, class action filings and settlement information pertaining to their investments could be accessed. We give our members custom tools to help them manage their portfolios more completely. You have plenty of options to find the current value and general news about your investments, but we are the source for investment protection and recovery. If your investment does not appear in our company index, that is great news (company index currently contains two years of information). However, when your investment shows up on our radar, we will compile a comprehensive account of news articles, lawsuits, class action filings, judgments, and settlement information. If you find your investment on our site and you would like to discuss your options, or need help recovering your part of a settlement, please call or email.  We are here to help.

The Shareholders foundation offers free, comprehensive tracking and notification services for both individual and institutional investors. We help investors find the right answers, and match them with professionals who can help them recover their losses. We are NOT attorneys and the Shareholders Foundation, Inc is not a law firm. The Shareholders Foundation has teamed up with legal experts all over the country to help answer your questions and guide you throughout the class action and settlement process. We also offer the competitive price bidding of legal services for institutional investors and individual investors, finding them the best firm at the best price to help protect their clients portfolios. We also provide a host of other services that are available through the website.

It is an unfortunate fact, that over 70% of class action settlements are NOT recovered in the US because most participants don’t know they are eligible, or do not understand how to participate. We will help our members stay informed and involved so that they can make the most of their investments.

Sincerely,

Trevor Allen
